ON FINALLY, IT'S ALL AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM

POSITIVE ATTITUDE = POSITIVE RESULT
NEGATIVE ATTITUDE = NEGATIVE RESULT

Don't ever underestimate the power of your attitude. The way you cope a difficult situations is the direct result of how you view all things in life.
After all your expertise, your fight, your successes and failures, the remaining of your self is your attitude in facing today crises, tomorrow, or next crisis.

This means, you need to make sure that you will continue to keep your attitude in order to be on the right track.

Remember: If in this life you just wait and see what life gives you, you also must be prepared to accept whatever life gives you. Good or bad.

Or, you can set your life path, to fit with yours.

LOSE THAT IS NOT OPTIONAL!

I have met many people who are not ambitious to succeed. They do not care if they fail; even looks like they plan a failure.

Defeat shouldn't crossing on your mind. When it enter your mind, it sows the seeds of doubt that if not controlled, will growand frustrate all the dreams and great potential in this world.

Do not plan a failure, rather than planning big things will happen as you continue to focus attention. of course there will be tough times, but do not let your future regardless of your grip.

If you get rid of thoughts about the defeat of your head, no matter how many obstacles you meet along the way, you'll bounce back. These properties will become your nature.

Do not even think you are a loser just because you do not succeedto do something. the purpose of it all is that you take a little longer to reach your goals.

You see? all this is just a matter of how you view things.

Meditation Produces Positive Changes in the Brain

A UW-Madison research team has found, for the first time, that a short program "mindfulness meditation" produced lasting positive changes in both the fruit of the brain and immune system function. These findings suggest that meditation is a technique that has long been introduced to reduce anxiety and stress, can produce important biological effects that improve a person's resiliency.Richard Davidson, Vilas Professor of psychology and psychiatry at UW-Madison, led the research team. The research was conducted at the biotechnology company Promega near Madison, will be the next topic in the journal Psychosomatic Medicine.
